Your first step in becoming a HMG Volunteer will be to complete the volunteer registration form.
*For desktop, laptop or tablet users, click on the New Volunteer Registration Tab (located on the upper right hand side of the page)
*For mobile users, click on the menu tab (3 white lines) located on the upper left corner of your phone screen.

When uploading a photo, the photo needs to be of just yourself and without sunglasses. This photo will be used for your volunteer ID card.
When listing your emergency contact information, make sure you list someone other than yourself and list their phone number (not your number).

After you have submitted your registration, you will be notified (via email) of your approval or the decline of your application. This process may take up to a week for us to complete.

Once approved, you will be receiving a background check link via email from Hope Media Group within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your application approval notification. If you have not received the background check link in 48 hours of your approval, check your spam and/or junk folders.

What is the purpose of volunteer screening? Conducting thorough background checks on all volunteers is one way to reduce risk, prevent potential issues, and protect your organization and those attending at our events. Unfortunately, there is cost of 19 dollars associated with your background check that you will be responible for. Most background check results come within 48 hours after you have submitted it. If you have not received your results after 5 days, contact Steven at sgonzalez@hopemediagroup.com
